“Computer Game Design” at KTH

PoweRoutage is a single-player 3D puzzle game that takes place on a spaceship where the power has gone out and multiple systems are down. You play as an electrician and your job is to restore power to these systems by solving puzzles. The puzzles involve connecting electric cables to sockets to power different parts of the spaceship. You can throw the cable, use it as a swing, yank it towards yourself, and power dynamic objects such as doors and drawbridges. Some levels are extremely dark and there are creatures in the darkness that do not want you to complete your objective. Stay out of the darkness or they will get you.

My Contributions
  • Environment Design – Designed and implemented the game environment.
  • Interactive Objects – Programmed mechanical doors, stairs, bridges, and other in-game interactions.
  • Trailer Production – Created the PoweRoutage trailer.
  • Documentation – Contributed to the game design document, which is available online.

Developed in Godot, PoweRoutage blends puzzle-solving, physics-based interactions, and suspense, delivering a thrilling and immersive experience.
